Refund & Cancellation of Visitor Passes
Refund or cancellation of visitor passes booked through www.imtsexpo.in is not available under any circumstances. This includes cancellations due to illness, travel delays, or personal reasons. All visitor pass fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Transfer/Resale of Visitor Passes
Transfer or resale of visitor passes (to another person or organization) purchased through www.imtsexpo.in is not permitted under any circumstances.
Refund & Cancellation of Exhibitor Participation Fee
The exhibitor participation fee once paid is non-refundable and non-cancellable under any situation. All application and participation fees, including advance or final payments, are non-refundable. Shell Expo Media shall not be held responsible for any refund claims.
